I'm the Lead Product Designer at JET Charge, where I own design for Illuminate — the platform managing EV charging operations for enterprise and government fleets across Australia and New Zealand. Our customers include: Woolworths, IKEA, Team Global Express, RACV, and PTA WA.

Before JET Charge, I spent 7 years in Berlin, first at Seven Senders building logistics delivery and analytics tools, then at Customer Alliance as Product Design Manager. I led designers across EMEA and APAC rebuilding the company's flagship product to improve adoption and increase MRR 10% in 3 months.

I work best on enterprise platforms that are genuinely hard—energy, transportation, logistics—where my customer's job is operational and the cost of bad design shows up in real-world consequences.

The work I care about

I'm most engaged when the design work is operational, the stakes are real, and the customer's business depends on the product working. That's the appeal of my work at JET Charge. Illuminate runs critical EV charging infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand, and the design decisions power fleets that need to drive their routes every day. I'm drawn to energy and climate platforms, EV and transport infrastructure, and B2B tools where operators trust software to run their business. The energy industry in Australia is at an unusually interesting moment for this kind of work.

Lead Product Designer

Led the design and market launch of Illuminate — JET Charge's EV management platform, now managing 5,500+ chargers, 130,000+ sessions, and 2.7GWh per month across enterprise and government fleets in Australia and New Zealand. A recent board review described Illuminate as "years ahead of the rest of the Australian market."
Drove the rebuild of the design system and component library in partnership with frontend engineering, enabling high quality releases across mobile, web, and hardware interfaces.
Established a structured design and critique process across the team and a monthly research cadence with fleet operators and sustainability managers.

Led a team of product designers across EMEA and APAC embedded in cross-functional squads, including coaching one designer to promotion. Established weekly critique culture fostering an environment of innovation and inclusivity.
Designed and rolled out a WCAG 2.1 AA design system that became the foundation for a ground-up re-release of the company's flagship product.
Led the Review Stream rebuild to 80% adoption and 90% CSAT, supported by strong continuous research-backed iteration.
